How we manufacture
Every garment we make goes through six stages in our Faisalabad factory: fabric selection, pattern and cutting, printing or embroidery, stitching, quality check, and packing. Here is what happens at each one.
One factory, every stage
When a supplier outsources printing to one workshop and stitching to another, quality depends on people they do not control. We keep every stage under one roof, so the garment you approve as a sample is the garment you receive in bulk.
It also means faster answers. If you want to change a fabric, move a logo or add sizes, you talk directly to the people doing the work.

From fabric roll to finished kit.
- 01
Fabric selection
We match fabric and weight to the job: polyester interlock and mesh for sportswear, twill and drill for workwear, fleece for hoodies.
- 02
Pattern & cutting
Patterns are graded across your size run, then fabric is laid and cut in bulk so every piece matches.
- 03
Printing & embroidery
Designs are sublimated into the fabric or embroidered on, so logos and colours do not crack or peel.
- 04
Stitching
Panels are stitched on industrial machines, with reinforced seams where garments take the most strain.
- 05
Quality check
Each piece is checked for measurements, print alignment, stitching and finish before it is passed.
- 06
Packing & dispatch
Orders are folded, packed by size, team or branch, labelled, and dispatched.
What we check before dispatch
Every piece is checked against your approved sample.
