Ordering custom uniforms or kits from Vanguard Uniforms takes six steps: send your request, receive a quote and mock-up, approve a sample, confirm sizes and deposit, production, then quality check and dispatch.

- What you need, for example cricket kits, chef coats or hoodies.
- Quantity
- Total pieces, and a rough size split if known.
- Design
- Logo files (AI, PDF, SVG or high-resolution PNG), colours, references.
- Fabric
- Your preference, or tell us how the garment will be used.
- Delivery
- Country and city, and any deadline.

What is your minimum order?
It depends on the product and decoration. Tell us the product and quantity and we confirm the minimum in your quote. Read MOQ explained for how minimums work.
How do I pay?
Payment terms are set out in your quote. Typically a deposit confirms production and the balance is paid before dispatch.
How long does an order take?
Lead time depends on product, quantity and the time of year. We confirm it in your quote. See custom apparel lead times.
Can I change the design after approval?
Changes are possible before cutting starts. After that, changes may need new fabric or printing and can affect cost and timing.
How is shipping arranged?
We quote shipping with your order by air, sea or courier depending on size and urgency. See shipping from Pakistan.
