How we make it

From design file to finished garment.

Every stage happens under one roof, so what you approve is what you receive.

  1. 01

    Design & mock-up

Your colours, badge and sponsors placed on a garment template, sent for approval.

  2. 02

    Print

The approved design is printed onto sublimation paper at full panel size.

  3. 03

    Heat press

Heat and pressure transfer the ink into the polyester, so it will not crack or peel.

  4. 04

    Cut & stitch

Printed panels are cut and stitched, with collars and cuffs finished on the line.

  5. 05

    Check & pack

Every piece is checked for print alignment, numbers and size, then packed per player.

FAQ

Training wear: common questions

Should training wear match our match kit?

It does not have to. Many clubs use a simpler training design in club colours, which keeps cost down and makes match kits feel special.

Can players have initials on training tops?

Yes. Initials or numbers help teams sort kit after washing and are printed during production.

Which fabric works in hot weather?

Lightweight polyester with mesh panels under the arms and down the back keeps players cooler in summer and in the Gulf.
