How we make it

From design file to finished garment.

Every stage happens under one roof, so what you approve is what you receive.

  1. 01

    Design & mock-up

Your colours, badge and sponsors placed on a garment template, sent for approval.

  2. 02

    Print

The approved design is printed onto sublimation paper at full panel size.

  3. 03

    Heat press

Heat and pressure transfer the ink into the polyester, so it will not crack or peel.

  4. 04

    Cut & stitch

Printed panels are cut and stitched, with collars and cuffs finished on the line.

  5. 05

    Check & pack

Every piece is checked for print alignment, numbers and size, then packed per player.

FAQ

Rugby, hockey & basketball kits: common questions

How is a rugby shirt different from a football shirt?

Rugby shirts use heavier, tighter-knit fabric and reinforced seams to survive tackles and scrums, and often a closer fit so they are harder to grab.

Can we have a traditional collar?

Yes. We make traditional rugby collars as well as crew necks.

Do you make sevens kits?

Yes. Sevens kits can use lighter fabric for faster play while keeping reinforced seams.
