How we make it

From design file to finished garment.

Every stage happens under one roof, so what you approve is what you receive.

  1. 01

    Spec & sample

Fabric weight, reflective tape and pockets agreed, then a sample made for approval.

  2. 02

    Cutting

Heavy fabrics are cut in bulk with consistent panels across the size run.

  3. 03

    Stitching

Seams are reinforced at stress points; tape and zips are fitted.

  4. 04

    Branding

Company logo embroidered or printed on chest, back or sleeve.

  5. 05

    Check & pack

Every garment is checked for seams, tape alignment and size, then packed.

FAQ

Coveralls: common questions

Cotton or poly-cotton coveralls?

Cotton is cooler and safer near heat sources; poly-cotton is more durable and holds colour better. We advise based on the work environment.

Do you make flame-retardant coveralls?

Tell us the certification you need. Flame-retardant garments depend on certified fabric, which we confirm with you before quoting.

Can coveralls have reflective tape?

Yes. Reflective tape can be added on arms, legs and around the body.
