    Tech pack & sample

    We work from your tech pack or reference garment and make a sample for approval.

  2. 02

    Fabric & trims

    Fabric, GSM, colour, zips, cords and labels are confirmed and sourced.

  3. 03

    Cut & stitch

    Bulk cutting from one fabric batch, then stitching on the production line.

  4. 04

    Print & embroider

    Your artwork is printed or embroidered; private labels and tags are attached.

  5. 05

    Check & pack

    Each piece is measured and checked, then folded, bagged and packed to your spec.

Which printing method should we use?

Screen print suits large runs of simple designs; embroidery suits logos; sublimation suits full-colour designs on polyester. We recommend based on design and quantity.
