How we make it

From design file to finished garment.

Every stage happens under one roof, so what you approve is what you receive.

  1. 01

    Design & mock-up

    Your colours, badge and sponsors placed on a garment template, sent for approval.

  2. 02

    Print

    The approved design is printed onto sublimation paper at full panel size.

  3. 03

    Heat press

    Heat and pressure transfer the ink into the polyester, so it will not crack or peel.

  4. 04

    Cut & stitch

    Printed panels are cut and stitched, with collars and cuffs finished on the line.

  5. 05

    Check & pack

    Every piece is checked for print alignment, numbers and size, then packed per player.

What is a reversible jersey?

A two-layer jersey with a different colour on each side, so one uniform works for both home and practice games.

Can numbers be on both sides of a reversible jersey?

Yes. Each side is printed separately, so numbers and names can appear on both colours.
