Three stages of QC
- Sample approval: the standard every bulk piece is checked against.
- In-line checks: during cutting, decoration and stitching, to catch problems early.
- Final inspection: before packing and dispatch.

Using AQL sampling
For large orders, buyers often use AQL (acceptable quality limit) sampling, where an inspector checks a statistically chosen sample of pieces. Agree the AQL level and inspection method before production.
