International courier
Major express couriers collect from the factory and deliver to your door. Ideal for samples, team kits and orders up to a few hundred pieces. Duties may be billed to the receiver.
Air freight
Cargo goes on a scheduled flight to your nearest major airport, then is cleared and delivered. More economical than courier for heavier shipments.
Sea freight
For large uniform programmes, sea freight is the most economical. Shipments go by container (full or shared) from Karachi to destination ports. Allow extra time for transit and port handling.
What affects shipping cost
- Weight and volume: hoodies and jackets are bulkier than jerseys.
- Packing: vacuum-packing or compact folding can reduce volume.
- Destination: distance and local delivery.
- Incoterm: what is included in the price. See Incoterms for apparel buyers.
Documents
Shipments carry a commercial invoice, packing list and, where relevant, a certificate of origin. Accurate product descriptions and tariff (HS) codes help customs clearance. See import duties on clothing.

Couriers usually clear customs for you and may bill duties to the receiver. For freight, a customs broker in the destination country handles clearance. Agree the terms in your quote.
