From design file to finished garment.
Every stage happens under one roof, so what you approve is what you receive.

Design & mock-up
Your colours, badge and sponsors placed on a garment template, sent for approval.

Print
The approved design is printed onto sublimation paper at full panel size.

Heat press
Heat and pressure transfer the ink into the polyester, so it will not crack or peel.

Cut & stitch
Printed panels are cut and stitched, with collars and cuffs finished on the line.

Check & pack
Every piece is checked for print alignment, numbers and size, then packed per player.

How many keeper kits should a team order?
Most teams order at least two colourways so the keeper can avoid clashing with both their own team and the opposition.
Is padding included as standard?
No. Padding is optional; tell us whether you want elbow padding on shirts or hip padding on trousers.
Can keeper kits be ordered with the outfield kit?
Yes, and we recommend it, so the badge, sponsors and numbering match across the whole squad.
