How we make it

From design file to finished garment.

Every stage happens under one roof, so what you approve is what you receive.

  1. 01

    Design & mock-up

Your colours, badge and sponsors placed on a garment template, sent for approval.

  2. 02

    Print

The approved design is printed onto sublimation paper at full panel size.

  3. 03

    Heat press

Heat and pressure transfer the ink into the polyester, so it will not crack or peel.

  4. 04

    Cut & stitch

Printed panels are cut and stitched, with collars and cuffs finished on the line.

  5. 05

    Check & pack

Every piece is checked for print alignment, numbers and size, then packed per player.

FAQ

Cricket kits: common questions

Is there a limit to the colours we can use?

No. Sublimation prints the full design into the fabric, so gradients, patterns and any number of colours cost the same as a plain design.

Can the trousers match the shirt design?

Yes. Trousers are sublimated from the same artwork, so panels, stripes and colours line up with the shirt.

Do league rules affect the design?

Some leagues set rules on sponsor size or colour clashes. Send us your league guidelines and we check the mock-up against them before printing.

Can new players order later?

Yes. We keep your approved design on file, so extra shirts match the original kit in colour and fit.
