Minor League Cricket
Minor League Cricket is a national T20 competition below MLC, with teams in many regions. It gives club and emerging players a pathway towards the professional game.
Community and club leagues
Most US cricketers play in community leagues: weekend T20 and longer-format competitions run by local associations. Large cricket communities exist in:
- New Jersey and New York, with long-established clubs and busy weekend leagues;
- Texas, especially around Dallas, Houston and Austin;
- California, in the Bay Area and Los Angeles;
- Florida, particularly South Florida;
- Illinois, around Chicago;
along with growing scenes in Georgia, Washington, Virginia, Maryland and North Carolina.
Corporate cricket
Tech and corporate cricket leagues are popular, especially in California, Texas and New Jersey. Corporate teams often want bold, modern kits with company branding.
What US teams need for kit
- Coloured T20 kits: sublimated shirts and trousers in team colours.
- Whites: for leagues that play longer formats.
- Training wear and hoodies: for nets and cooler evenings.
- US sizing: and plenty of larger sizes.
